Birthday Gift

You always wanted me to write something for you but rarely such opportunities came where I could express about you through my words. Though today you've left this world but always been with me here is an small note from me with all the good things you taught me and made me a MAN with values and respect towards other. Today I'm proud to say you made me the good man whom today people like and love and appreciate. So the foundation was laid by you. All I  can remember the stuff that made me fall in love with you for 7 splendid years.

You were not someone who completed me. You were someone who inspired me to complete myself. You never judged me for my flaws but saw my jagged edges, the parts of me that have been weathered by love and life, the war that I fought, and simply choosed to stand beside me. You watched me confront my scars from the inside; always encouraging me to heal on my own time, in my own way, always encouraging to keep me going and silently stood with me like I'm doing all the work for myself but today I realized it was you.

You challenged me to complete myself. You saw the potential that courses through my bones  and you knew exactly what I'm capable of. You helped me to open my eyes to show me how powerful  I'm beyond measure. You saw me in ways that I never been able to see myself, and inspired me until I finally see it too.

You were someone who was not afraid of my growth. You protected me from becoming as big as I'm meant to be today. You didn't feel inadequate when at times I let you down but always saw something new within me. You were always proud of me and taught me the beautiful things I could never do in life though never took a credit for all the effort and time invested in me.

You were the person who supported my  direction, who motivated and encouraged me to stretch, to change, to reinvent until I'm  happy. You were someone who loved me with so much conviction, and so much heart, that is nearly impossible to doubt and totally changed my life.

Thank you, will always love you and maybe we meet in a world of ours without any complications.
